I really enjoyed this video as my grandfather used to own Three Rivers marina there on the Homosassa River. I think it is now called Homosassa Springs Marina. Every since I was little I can remember going down there for a 2 week winter break or just springbreak. My grandfather was a commercial fisherman as a hobby since he retired so we were always out grouper fishing or amberjack fishing as well as trolling for Kings and everything else we could pull up!
When the winds were blowing to hard, we would head out to hells gate and the crows nest to catch some pinfish for bait. Used to fill 1-2 buckets of them! We would keep some alive so we could do some redfishing while on the river.
The memories from thos e days are still in my head. I would love to get back down to Homosassa with my two children, my son 15 and my daughter 13. They both love and have that passion to fish like me
It would be nice to get them on a boat see they could see the Monkets on Monkey island and then stop into MacRaes and Cedar kEY FISH HOUSE

Hi Darcizzle my 2 daughters absolutely love you & your vids they where so excited when they watched this vid of u scalloping & they asked me if I can take them down there to do that. You are a great inspiration to them and they ask me if I can take them down there to go fishing with you I told them that it would be hard to actually go fishing with you but they wanted me to write to you anyway and just ask lol.
