Hey Darcy and Bryan, here in the Fl panhandle we have 2 mullet runs per year. Silver mullet in the spring and Black mullet in the fall. Our mullet just move offshore and spawn once they reach deep enough water to push out the eggs and sperm when they dive. at the same time we have fish leaving our bays loaded with eggs, more are returning post spawn.

Dad has the right idea, relax on the beanbag, watch everyone else go nuts then catch dinner! No stress. Did tony get asked to leave N. Y. cause he keeps referring to blueish as trash fish? Lol. Those smaller blues are good eating, not as oily or gamey as the monsters. When blues are running here in N. Y, the fishing boats get pretty crowded.
