Give you something to try take 2 tablespoons Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar put in a drink whatever you want with drink it down I used to throw down with a shot glass twice a day once in the morning and once when you go to bed and I'd be very surprised if you didn't start losing inches around your stomach it takes a little bit to takes a little bit doing and it will Purge your system I used to smoke and I was having really bad Cravings I started to apple cider vinegar from Bragg's and I don't have any Cravings room where I haven't smoked in 10 years and improves your go to Walmart and look for a bottle of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar to the book you can send for all the stuff that does it even gets rid of fungus on your toes LOL give it a try long as you can stomach it in fact speaking of that if you got indigestion you take 2 tablespoons with some water you think you would get sick but it gets rid of your indigestion about 5 or 10 minutes that is all let me know what happens

You know Brian, it is all about metabolism and how our bodies are able to process what we eat. I'm somewhat hefty, probably considered overweight, BUTT! I enjoy eating and drinking what I consume! Nevertheless, the crab trap videos are always exciting and I enjoy seeing what's inside as much as y'all do. Great video, thanks for sharing your adventures and live a happy life!

I have seen and caught several of those fish in both Miami and Keys. we have always known them as called either Toadfish or Dogfish. I never knew whether or not to eat them and still unsure. I've always liked crab, and I'm sure they are really good. I'm wondering how long it takes your traps to get so ugly. Isn't there some other material that would look better and last longer?

We call them toad fish up here in savannah ga everyone always sets them free never eatin one don't want to don't know anyone that has so I can't help you there

Monk fish is a very expensive fish in fine dining restaurants. Gordon Ramsey restaurant in L. A. monk fish is 45 per plate I wasnt paying but it tasted great
