Those Snakeheads are terrible fish - I caught one and brought it home once; the next day I found it drank all the milk and put the container back empty, it hogged the TV remote, it blasted Village People songs all night long, and bought all kinds of stuff off of TV infomercials and charged them to my credit card. Terrible, terrible fish!

My 4 year old daughter Allie & I love watching you two. I am always surprised that she wants to watch Darcie clean her catch and isnt bothered by it. Great vids and keep up the great work. Oh and Puddin, you always make us laugh!

That fish looks delicious. Puddin, can you post your beer batter recipe? I would like to try it on the Spot and Whiting we have up here. I usually use Bisquick and beer but your concoction looks better. TIA

That's about the only way that I will eat fish, deep fried.
I've never thought about mixing the flour with the egg and making a batter. I'll have to give that a try. Looked really good. :)

White meat, does it taste like cod or flounder?

Looks good to me. I like spring time fishing for bullheads or yellow bellies (small cat fish) deep fried. They are good eaten.
