You two continue to show a pretty darn healthy way to cook the fish, as I say every time I watch one of your videos, there is no sign of the bread and butter--which of course we don't need to be eating. Yeah, a beer each, but that's not so bad. Is that cubera related to those triple whatevers you have out your way? Thanks for posting, lots of fun. ps and I also appreciate the oven bake--not everything needs to be fried in oil or butter, this looks good and healthy, thanks again.
