Catch a brand NEW episode of Livin' the Dream with-Capt. Jimmy Nelson on the Sportsman channel ( Monday) at 6am & 3: 30pm! Lane: Luiza, you are one fishing fool, just like me. I love scallops. Here is a recipe that is a hit at BBQs or Beach fire. Get a pie tin, wipe butter on the inside. (DUH! LOL) like you'd put it on the outside. Put a little tin foil on top and throw it on the fire for Approx. 10 min. (Depending on heat) and after its 1/2 done take tin foil off to condense the juices that the mushrooms will soak up. Nice fish there i have been using gold spoons for 40 years now and they still work just as good today as it was back then-
