What you call Irish Moss we call it Limu in Hawaii, oh man, its so good with Ahi poke ( Tuna), Poi ( pounded Taro Root) topped with Limu and Opihi ( Limpet) - ok hungry now.

you need one of those poles that have pinching claws on the end if you regularly crawl into little holes in the rocks to make it easier to grab, crabs & lobsters
