Coastal Foraging - Scallops, Crabs, Clams and Amazing underwater Sea Creatures. A search along an area of low tide coastline showing how to find scallops and crabs. Talking about the different sea creatures and clams I find. Then The Fishlocker family go for a wonderful sunny beach cookup. I show how to prepare Scallops and how to cook Scallops on an open fire. Simple and delicious. If you enjoyed this video please check out more of our Coastal Foraging Playlist and have a wonderful day

I can't wait to get to Cornwall back end of September! 1 weeks camping a stone's throw from the beach, hopefully catch something worth keeping one of the days, fingers crossed for a foraged lobster and a crab! I could live in a bush if it meant being in Cornwall forever! Who knows might even spot the elusive John Locker fish!

I have to give this foraging business a try. this looked like a good day out.
Just a bit of advice on the parmesan: cook the food first and then sprinkle it on when you take it off the heat, letting the cheese melt with the heat of the food/shell and enjoy next time: )
Love the videos.

Hello John! I truly enjoy watching ur videos, I am learning sooo much! I love scallops, I wonder if they r on any coastal areas around the U. S, if so I wonder where, since I can now identify them (unless there r lookalikes) I will collect and cook them up n the shell! Thank u

Hi John, is there any way you can tell if a lobster or crab is going to cast its shell? Or are there any signs that they are in good condition and better to eat than others. Thanks in advance. P. s why do so many of the crabs only have one claw?

Seem pretty easy to find but so much life under just one rock! That was just golruis to see that stuff is things like to see been though I not much for clam but you can use the shells for decorations. There were also quite a few mermaid purses

Imagine this guy busting in your house and ripping you out onto the front yard in your under ware while roasting how small you are then just tossing you back in your front door.

Just curious why you didn't keep the big -mystery clam- (smooth clam. Would have been interesting to hear how it tasted in comparison to the scallops you foraged and cooked. :-)
