Thank you for sharing your video. Today was a day with lovely fish and very cool explainations of water and how tides work and the difference steps you do with water conditions. Do you think Dolphins have as much entertainment derived from our presence? What Eats doggies if human don't eat doggies? I like the fishing videos and the rock tide videos too. I learn from both and it's greatly appreciated.
Still scared of some of the fish, but Pollock is okay. But the wrasse are definitely scary still. Exposure therapy is working.
My news had oversized invasive fish taking over lakes and rivers because pet owner s just dump them in. Those carps are terrifying. If I were near one, I'd probably have to ethically euthanize them, they just make me shudder.
Slowly. Thanks for the adventure! Loved the sky and sea.

Hi John
Another cracking video buddy
You seem to always catch your target fish, which is brilliant
I've had a few beach sessions into the night and not a single fish bite, loads of crabs just no fish that's now 6 trips fishless, fresh bait is a major issue here and UK traders don't want to send it over for some reason, we live and learn don't we, be happier when the summer species return, just to remember what a hooked fish feels like -
Always a pleasure to watch your adventures as I almost always learn something new, like I need to move to Cornwall hahaha
Take care, stay safe, regards to Hannah and the youngsters, and keep it lit - my friend.

I finally got out yesterday late morning into mid afternoon all I had for bait was spam so I put a 2 hook trace on one rod and cast it out as far as possible and the other rod I had I used for lures and spinning, I did get a couple of bites on the rubber sandeels but apart from that no joy, I don't care about not catching a fish cuz it was a beautiful sunny day cold but I had plenty of layers on and I just enjoy sitting and relaxing with a great view of the bay, a fish is a bonus -

Well up to your standard of excellence. Fantastic shots of the dolphins chasing the pilchards, those sounders/fish finders are really great pieces of kit, they hadn't been invented in my fishing days. So pleased that you managed to get a few dogfish, a Fish Locker video wouldn't be right without them! What stunning wrasse, as good as anything from a tropical reef.

Love the videos John.
Takes me back to when i had my own boat at Hornsea on the east coast. Great seeing the Dolphins we get them up here in the North sea. Once a Basking shark came floating past. I swear it were bigger than my boat.
Anyway keep up the good work.

Many thanks for a super video. Dolphins are incredible and hoping to see some this Sunday. But that Wrasse! As my daughters said. hard to believe something like that lives in our waters. Look forward to seeing more of your adventures. Best wishes to you all.

Hey mate, if you are looking for other places to fish, shore or boat up in Cumbria in maryport and workington which I highly recommend because there is huge fish; bass, Pollock, flat fish. Just a recommendation good luck mate--

I don't understand the aversion to dogfish. They are really good to eat, and used to be sold in the chippies as Rock Salmon. No bones, for people who don't know their way around a fishes' anatomy. Great for kids to eat.
