carp are so much fun, and barely fished for, such a fun fish to fish for though, The initial takes and runs can be crazy, and they are just about everywhere from lakes to rivers! great fish to start the year off with waiting for the other seasons to open up, and doesn't stop until the snow flies!

I remember when i caught my first carp. Was only 7lbs but man that thing fought. My biggest carp is only 10lbs but man those things fight. Along with Pike and Lakers they're one of my favourite species to catch
