Really enjoy the video I have never eaten walleye but my cousin said it's the best tasting fish in the world as far as freshwater I don't know but that fish you made really looks delicious I wish you much success with your new venture selling catch and cook I will be placing an order.

After 28 straight years and 30 plus trips to Canada we finally caved and spent a week at a northern MN lake. If this continues through next summer I may need a friendly Canadian to adopt me! :-)

Jay you should fish with Josh more often, you guys are the Odd Couple lol. You are all high tech, strategies, electronics and Josh keeps it simple. Polar opposite but it works perfectly.

I feel like that dude did venison tartare with Peric or something on an ice fishing vid a few years ago? If it is, I trust this product and will happily buy/try (I trust you, too, Jay)

Wow, I didn't know people would shell out 10 bucks for a simple mixture of Wondra flour and readily available spices that you can purchase at your local grocer. What a grift!

What I do to see if my oil is hot enough, is I throw a couple popcorn kernels in my oil, and when they pop, that means my oil has reached 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Why do you throw the Sauger back? LOTW Sauger and Walleye taste identical! Was it too small? I'm pumped to try that Catch and Cook!

Gotta say I prefer flour, then egg with water or milk and hot sauce, then crumbs or flavored up flour as my method of choice.

As per the title.
This only applies to walleye at Lake of the Woods.
