Hey man, Im not sure if you respond to alot of your mail, but I had some quick questions. Ive recently just really have got into fishing, I love it, but im not really sure what to use and how to use it. I want to buy a rod and reel like your because it looks so sick, but im not sure what you use, and if it would be good to fish where I fish, I mostly fish in the detroit river since i live close. Could you possibly give me some advice on what rod and reel to buy, and some lures and stuff I could use?

I hate to be the one to judge but your a young man you know you will be fishing a long time, play your fish out enjoy the fight. When the fish starts to side walk (after you played the fish out) by the boat then go down and lip him, otherwise than that your going to have a face load of water. Trying to land them that fast. Each to his own of course just my suggestion. Nice fish btw. Btw Powell rods? What happen to being Sponsored by castaway?

after watching a few of your jons lunkers n mikes videos it made me wanting to go bass fishing. i just got into fishing last yr but i only caught catfish and white bass i never caught a small or largemouth bass and i know their out there but just dnt know how to catch them lol. you guys are awesome and keep up the good work

still one of my favorite vlogs Problem about catching a PB like that is now you know the likelihood of you breaking that again without traveling away from NE is pretty low lol. I got the same feel tho, I'm in northern Colorado. PB is a 7 and that was a fever pitch for CO

my PB is 10. 1 caught out of a small pond here in upstate new york. the state record when I caught it was 10. 2. now doesn't that suck haha, if you're ever up here, I'd love to fish with you flair, I have a ton of secret spots loaded with toads
