The carbs need to be Flow sync'd so that they all breath the same. that can cause missing and powerloss, also get a new set of sparkplugs in the motor, Fresh Gas. and take it to a Honda dealer if none of that helps, they have the equipment.

The problem is its bogging to hard u need to take the carburetor off and clean it out with carb cleaner and should help with ur problem and if the other gears still dont work u might need to take it in and get the linkage replaced.

Hi i am a fout wheeler machanic i have fixed over 200 four wheelers id would love to come down but if i can not cone i think you need to replace the oil filter and carberater also check how clean the air filter is.

Missing will mean misfiring cylinders and the throttle is probably broken, shouldn't be to expensive if you need to take it in somewhere, it may have stopped due to not getting fuel so check the fuel tank.

And try changing the spark plugs get some carb cleaner and a screw driver there should be a screw you can twist to tune the carbs fuel mixure and that should help the bogging and misfiring
