Remove the peddles and other stuff put a board on top, and chuck a electric motor on it. also put hatches where the peddles were for gear storage/live well. maybe a swivel stool ontop aswell.

On the boat you need to flip it over and Tighten some bolts that is the reason you can t turn and you also have to much weight in the back that s why you where not going forward

To much weight in the front of the paddle boat. Rudder is in the back and with most of weight in front it was picking it out of water. That s why it wasn t turning good
