Ok. you got me laughing so hard I almost shot coffee out my nose! I guess I am so far out of the loop on this! I've been married for almost 48 years now. and I've never done a ballscrape. Also I think you should try a smaller light, like at least half the led because that much light can actually can be intimidating to fish. Smaller makes them curious not scared.
