What kind of frog were you using? Did you have a stinger hook or something on it. or did the body of the frog just shoot up the line when setting the hook?

If you want to fish a flooded lake go fish Sam Rayburn it's like 40ft back from the trees to land now it's made it tough reaching those fish back there
