Noisy Topwater Lure Test #99

Trying out a new topwater lure here in my buddy's pond. I tried the Jackall Pompadour last year and liked the actions but didn't get many bites because it was a little too big for most lakes. The new Pompadour Jr. is a much better size for bass fishing. A start and stop retrieve does well like most other topwater baits. The noise is crazy! I could list to a bass hitting the bait all day long! I think it swims like michael phelps, but buddy says, who's that? LOL

It's a little known fact. The reason you were having so much trouble sticking and landing those fish is. nearly all lure and hook manufacturers use BOUNCY hooks. yup. When you get new lures you have to swap out those bouncy hooks with sticky hooks. if you can't find sticky hooks anywhere. simply sharpen the bouncy hooks. works like a charm. everytime!

All you have is a version of the Heddon Crazy Crawler. I have one that was made back in the early 1950s and have since retired it to my collection. I have caught a lot of bass on it, and the Arbogast Jitter Bug.

Wow why don't you yank a little harder man seriously please tell me your new to this. You get all excited over a ten inch fish did you rip the lips right off these guys.

Those bass out further had more time to take it down that the ones up close that kept coming undone. I keep reeling until I feel weight

Non-fishing ass boy. You catching bass that are under a pound and reeling like you got a 30 pound cat hooked up. Straight up clown!
