Just a little tip from a physical therapy student-- if you have plantar fasciitis, freeze a bottle of water and roll that along the bottom of your foot. It should be more effective than the ball 1rod1reel is using. Hope it helps!

When tying the FG knot, burning the end of the leader to create a little stump so the braid gets better grip, and burning the end of the braid will prevent the line from fraying.
