This is a lakeside winter bass fishing lures unboxing from my january mystery tackle box. I'll go through each lure specifically and briefly touuch on what makes the good choices. I'll be doing a deep dive into this box on the water fishing on the MTB channel that you can get some more tips from. Umbrella rig baits, crankbaits, and some crawfish lures are in the mix on this one. Bass fishing in January in Texas can mean fishing shallow pre spawn tactics for big bass. This might be way off from some other states farther north but this box was pretty much on point for our bass fishing down here this month. Nyckolas: Is it ok to use spinning gear for heavier baits if you have the right rod? Cause some of myg friends have told me not to use spinning gear with heavy gear but I have a medium heavy and heavy rod as well as a medium light

Awesome video Justin! Last year during our mild winter that we had here in East Texas my wife and I really got on em good walking a frog up shallow on the edges of grass. The water temp was 62 degrees! It blew our mind! Thanks for sharing another awesome video!

ive seen 3 different unboxings for the January mtb pro and your is completely different then theirs. the others were exactly the same maybe just color variations.

LFG-I got a tournament feb 4 at Possum Kingdom lake. I was wondering if you have ever fished that lake and any tips you may have for fishing it this time year

Do they switch the contents of the boxes based on your location? My 1st box (January) was completely different from this box
