the only thing I can add is that those hens don't have a rooster, and they know that they are supposed to have a rooster. so when there is no actual rooster. it is you. They are friendly because they want a slightly rougher petting right above where their tail feathers come in. Ruffle them up for a second or two, and they will straighten up, do a feather-fluffing shiver and they are happy. When there is no rooster, they end up squatting for anyone, even the daughter. Sometimes they squat when they see you coming from across the yard. Just hens being chickens.

You might wanna put the hard plastic stuff on the front of your rack, stuff thats easier to clean and scrape the dead bug goo off of. It would be cool if they put a little pop-up angled airfoil thing in the front to just kind of shoot air over the top of and protect your cargo so it wasnt getting beaten up so bad. Then when youre not using it it could just fold down and be out of the way.
Lol. You could just throw coffin up there and throw all your junk in that and even make it weatherproof, plus it would look cool.

One piece of technology I've been putting in vehicles for years, is a dash cam, with front and rear camera at least (some have four now. Saved me a fortune, someone did a hit and run on my car while it was parked on the street. Provided footage to insurance they dealt with everything, no deductible or anything. Other driver claimed he didn't know he hit anything despite hitting rear tire so hard, rode up that and across side of car.

Put a bowl of crusted oyster shells in the pin for all the chickens to eat. It's very common for first time laying chickens to lay a soft shell egg. Mine are going through the same thing. It can take up to or more than a month to get it worked out. No need to eat Martha lol

Hey Justin! Saw where you had picked up the VP Fuels container, look up Stoker Industries and pick up their Trigger fuel nozzle. It has the best push button to control flow that we have found.

You can usually use any T-Slot attachment with Rhino Racks. You don't necessarily need to stick with Rhino. Good luck. Swing by for a beer if you roll through Albuquerque.
