I have never been Elk hunting, but I did nearly run right into two huge Bulls with my 3-wheeler when I was 12-13 years old. I came flying around the corner on our gravel driveway, I look up and they were standing there in the driveway staring down on me no more than 50 feet from me. Scared the crap out of me. I didnt have reverse so had to put it in neutral then slowly push myself back far enough to turn around. Lol. That was the only time I saw Bulls on our property, but a couple times we had a herd of at least 15 to 20 cows that came and hung out in our front yard for quite a while.

I four seater side by side would have been a better choice then the bikes. Just saying. The bikes are cool just not good for a mountain.

Put your pack on the pannier rack and walk it, the bikes have walking mode, unless you broke the chain and didnt have a spare.
