Prickly pears are great when cold. Throw a couple on ice.
With the Markhor, I'd be tempted to locate a female, breed them up, they are worth.
Then you could keep a good supply going.

Nope not an aoudad caprid. Most likely a Capra falconeri or markhor, but if markhors are listed as threatened, should it really be shot?
