Why in the world would you harvest a sail I cannot believe you call one a keeper. Wake up asshole. There are no KEEPERS. Let them go If you are that hungry, catch some yellowtail! Sails are not for eating, they are for sport and need to be released!
It is obvious the captain of the boat is the one who knows what is going on as he releases his fish. Not you. You are looking for a keeper. There are no keeper sails.
I thought you knew what you were doing My mistake.
It breaks my heart that bull got that fish. She deserved better. But shit happens that was not your fault. A filet knife is your fault!
I am unsubscribing from you and Brooke right now! I can't believe you are spouting that out. Uneducated people are watching this and go by what you say. you are out of line! If they are gut hooked, yes. Other than that, release them!
Can't you figure out another fish to eat that doesn't have a bill Really You are an amateur!

Vic, Im from Michigan originally but have been in the Keys for the last 18 yrs and you are not a baby its been F'ING COLD! Even down here ive seen my coldest days in the 18 yrs this winter thus far. Fishing has been awesome but cold n windy. Super frustrating when the Kings and Ceros eat your snap swivels but they love them, I quit using them on my kite rods and use just a tiny barrel swivel instead and i only bridle my gogs and speedos when kite fishing and we miss way less bites, I typed to soon you switched it and went 100% pretty work man its always a rush getting doubles and trips with two anglers

I would of figured sailfish were a lot further offshore. I feel like it’s def possible to kayak or drone out a bait with a float rig and catch one of these land based lol. Only looks like you guys are a mile or two offshore. A sailfish land based would be badass. Sick video!

one thing people dont think about is us Floridians have it bad when its 50 or below. Our air is so much more wet because of the humidity. So 50 and below, plus a little wind, we might as well be out in 50 below with a light rain going on.

Always great content! Thing I don’t understand is why you throw the heads and carcass away Def great stock, or crab bait or chum. Do u not have a big freezer to save this all! Invest in one if not and save yourself a ton of $$!

As a kid I remember absolutely loving when we'd watch Jacques Cousteau shows on the old tube TV. You brought that memory back to me as I was able to watch those sail fish jump. Awesome video, Vic. Thanks again!

Some of the best days are when you brave crappy condition! At the very least it's an experience you'll remember, lol. Although when I make that bold choice while on the kayak, it certainly gets my attention.

Thanks for the shout to Hawaii. For the kamanu [Hawaiian salmon]. In Kona we catch them right outside the airport. Up to 10-15lbers. on handlines [palu ahi style]. Tight lines

Never caught or hooked a sailfish. Seen 1 sailfish once in my life (fishing the gulf of mexico) another boat was hooked up. Fished from shore on the east coast never a boat

You’re not supposed to keep sailfish anyway goober. Most real fisherman know that. the clown yaksack in the comments already told us he’s not one of them.
