Kingfish is a prized one where i come from. Here in Trinidad and Tobago they can go quite expensive in the market. Really great feeling when you bring it home yourself from the water. Nice recipe. Will be sure to try it. One tip, put a little oil on the grill before getting it hot so the fish dont stick as much. Nice Vid man!

Please someone tell me. We went off shore charter boat today, we catch a mess load of King Makerals including a 45 pounder and a 30 pounder, along with a bunch of 15 pounders. They told us the Bigger kings are not good to eat. Is that True?
Thank you

Enjoyed the video! Great job! For your bruschetta try mixing in appx, teaspoon of kosher salt, 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar and 1/4 cup of olive oil into the recipe and letting it stand in the fridge for about an hour. Gives it a nice kick.

You are a great cook! Thanks!

Ive always been told not to eat them not because they taste bad but because theyre high in mercury because of their diets.

I've watched like 20 of your catch and cooks and your grandma loves it every time. I'm pretty sure she likes fish, man.
