This catch, clean, cook is from our Bahamas fishing and diving trip. While spearfishing I had a red hind (strawberry grouper) get away and hide under a rock. I grabbed him bare handed even though I thought he was attached to my spear. Sometimes your hands are the only rod and reel you need to catch a fish, going back to primitive fishing. We were free diving West End of Grand Bahama island and speared hogfish (hog Snapper, grouper and mutton snapper for dinner. The grouper recipe featured a strawberry balsamic glaze and paired with banana fritters (pancakes) a Bahamian staple in their diet. T-Shirts Now Available!

saw a video with strawberry grouper catch and cook and looked it up just to see who else had done a video. sure enough LSF! They look like our local spotted bay bass! Ever been to San Diego Victor? Hint hint haha

interesting, U got a nice fish, but only enjoy the filet. what happen the rest of body and the head. they are more delicious to make soup. Try next time. you will rather love it more.
