Hey Vic I got a green tube and been fishing at a pier and a bunch of barracudas but no success. They follow it but don't bite it, do I have to use a heavier weight? It came with it. You have a higher angle and catch em what iam I doing wrong. Do you let the tube go all the way to the floor. I even reeled slow n fast.

Went to the keys a while back, cudas were all we could find due to cold water and silver bass lures was the cudas bait of choice. Lost our few silver lures and couldn't find any more like them down there so we bought a can of silver spray paint and a bunch of cheapo lures and we were back in action!

Tackle Tuesday suggestion. gear for surf fishing. As in diamond jigs/poppers/pencil poppers/spoons/gotcha/plugs. What kind of rod/reel. medium or light. Fast action? Go over stuff like that. I think that would help a bunch of people

A tiny little length of that stuff with a split tail stuck on a jighead is an absolutely dope lure. I didn't believe it but someone gave me one and I immediately caught three stripers on it.

For your next LBSF vid, see if Avet will send you one of the new TRX 130s to try out and review. That's one heck of a reel. They apparently ship the first batch at the end of this month.

Hi Viktor,
You can use the outer sheath of Household Electric Cable about 3 inch long pieces on a 3 Hook Paternoster Rig for Mackerel, it replecates Sandeels.
Steve in Scotland.

They will hit just about anything shiny for me. I have heard good things about the tube though, I need to give it a try next time these things are pestering me.

A lot of guys in Long Island Sound, troll this with a worm on it next to structure for BIG striped bass. Blues also hit those as well
