NEW Performance Shirts! SALE Won't Last Long! Every year Florida opens up a Spiny Lobster Season on Aug 6 for both recreational and Commercial divers. Brooks family and I went out of Hillsboro Inlet, Florida and we dove the reefs looking for Spiny Lobster. The Recreational limit is 6 lobster per person per day and we got our limit freediving, without tanks or artificial air. I prepare a Lobster Paella in this Catch, Clean and Cook!

Epic catch, but the cooking is such a disgrace.
Better leave the damn things in the water than cook them in chicken broth (really) and generic tasting polish sausage.
such a pity. such a pity.
Better quit fishing if you dont honor your catch.
Where i come from, seafood or fish that are caught fresh in a way simillar to your video, are eaten/honored grilled on charcoal with a bit of salt.
Maybe some lemon and virgin olive oil for those not accustomed to the taste.
Definately not the disgace depicted on this clip. Such a shame.
Go buy a 5lt hellamns mayo to add to your kfc and leave the waters alone.
I need to state once more that it was such an epic catch. Better honor it next time.
Please excuse my english.

Really enjoyed this video. Had paella in Seville, Spain many years ago. It was so very delicious. Just full of all sorts of seafood and even had chicken in it, but the saffron seasoning was just so tasty and I have not been able to find the comparison here in the states. I use the seasoned rice also. Just does not compare to the Spanish. All of their food was great. Man, you had my chops watering! You and Brook have great videos! Keep up the good work and enjoy your life with each other and family. God Bless you!

Grandma was licking her chops like Ive never seen before. She is normally so coquettish about eating on camera but today she looks like she was ready to devour some bugs!

Why the hell didn't you guys dispatch the lobsters before ripping them in half? I expected better and much more humane treatment of the catch from you two!

I would weigh 300lbs if I lived with you. Great vid and awesome dish! Might try it with shrimp, easier for me to get up in the panhandle.

Litte tip for the Onion-caramellizing, for all who havent heard of it. It works nicer, when you add a little salt to the pan.
