You guys don't really know the east coast I've caught countless 12-15 pound mangoes and the gags over there are absolute monsters you've never caught real mangoes I have a 17. 6 pound mangoe on the wall and flat lining pin fish will catch you those big mangs and a pin fish on the bottom will get you on average about 30 to 45 pound gags

Baking those carrots with the fish is going to either leave the fish waaaaay overcooked to get the carrots tender. Or the carrots waaaaaay underdone to get the fish nice and flaky maybe parboil next time

A friend of my dad once made us either a fish lasagna, or fish Parmesan that was so delicious, I went back for a third helping. So cheesy and well blended, with plenty of fish.

The potatoes are called Charlottes in UK, and in my opinion, they are the best tasting potatoes you can buy. Instead of fresh Parsley, use fresh Mint, much better.

What were the specs on that last rod you guys used to catch the red grouper. Looked like a shimano speedmaster but couldnt tel the rod

Try to leave the first fillet on maybe when you are gonna roll the rib and flip over and cut your other side keeps your fish strait
