try Red-Onions instead of the white ones. trust me it makes a World of a Difference in Deliciousness.
also stir fry the chopped ginger-garlic mixture(to get rid of it's raw smell & taste) first until they turn lightly brown & then you add your other herbs, spices & vegetables.

I could never understand how an angler fishes/fights fish with the rod butt tucked under the same arm that he/she reels with! To me its one notch down from fishing spinning reel upside down! Just an observation from an old retired skipper!

Good job Vick. I usually release amberjack bc of the worms, but you have me thinking to keep one once I get passed my cancer illness. I miss kayak fishing.
