The boys and I took a trip down to the Florida Keys, to fish the bridges. We were mainly targeting fish known as permit, which feed on crabs and other crustaceans.
The keys bridges hold so many different species of fish including snapper, barracuda, grouper, tarpon, and lots of sharks! It has been a while since I've made a land based pier fishing videos, which is what I grew up doing. Permit are a firm fleshed fish best prepared fried, poached or sahsimi style! Date: 2020-08-31
