Brook and I got the chance to go clamming on the Niantic River in Connectiocut. We loved it up in New England and what better way to celebrate some fresh clams, than making homemade clam chowder! Susan: What s the difference between Boston clam chowder, like you made in this video, and New England clam chowder? Some may say what you made today is New England chowder, but it looked totally different from the New England chowder I ve always had. Love from Louisiana.

As a lifelong Cape Cod summer resident -- someone who has eaten enough clam chowder to fill a tanker truck -- You've done a great job on the chowder -- However, regarding 12: 30 next time go right in with the HEAVY cream -- Dont be shy -- Dont use that half and half ---

Good idea mashing the taters. Whenever I make a soup or stew - stewp I call it - I use mash potato flakes for thickening instead of flour as it adds flavor and doesn't give it a starchy taste.

I can honestly say I have never seen a single one of your catch and cooks and not felt hungry afterwards and drooled all over my phone or pc. Quality content again brother
