I hope that you wiped the counter after you sat on it? You do wash your hands right? Think about ALL the germs that you can transmit to other people by not doing this. I don't care how clean you think that you are, because in all reality, you're NEVER clean enough! And BEFORE you scoop out all the avocado, try cutting it in the shell. That way it's already cut up when you scoop it out of the shell. You should try marinating your shrimp in soy sauce, worchester, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, etc. before you barbeque it. Oh, and the potato skins? You should try incorporating other things such as sour cream, bacon, chives, the rest of the potato before you scoop it into the individual skins and baking them. Just saying.

Meat, especially in the U. S, which is not as strictly regulated as here in Canada, if it is not grass-fed, organic you can bet that it contains hormones and or antibiotics, having said that,
the meal looks so delicious.
