Beautiful job Robert! If I can make one friendly suggestion, and I learned this the hard way and please don't ask me how, but when you put your food in the deep fryer always shut off the burner first and then you can immediately relight it! That way if you do have a boil over you won't have a fire!

I love deep fried turkey. We usually do a Cajun rub and Cajun injected turkey using an electric Butterball Turkey Fryer.
