To see more killer kayak fishing video content from me and others, head over to Here's my review of the new Sidewinder Bibs from NRS. These waders were designed for kayak anglers from the ground up. Watch to hear all of the features that make them perfect for paddlers and wade fishermen alike. Get your pair at or ask your local paddlesports retailer

Robert, without a dry top do you worry about the bib filling with water and taking you down if you were to fall in. Or do you trust the waistband from preventing water from entering. I like these, but with the pricing I was thinking of getting the NRS Free Fall pants and a NRS dry top for kayaking so I can add or take away if just wade fishing from the bank. sean. k. worrellgmail. com I'm providing my email incase you prefer to respond there instead. Once again I find you when researching a product. Thank you for all you offer to those of us in the kayak angling society.

Where I think these are good for cool days, I would highly recommend you don't use these in colder water temps. If you do fall in you are screwed. You need a good suit like Kokatat for cold water. But I might get something like this for days its cooler. Thanks

As the weather is cooling off, I'm looking for solutions to keep me dry and warm. These are at the top of my list. How do the sizes run? Your general height/weight and wader size used would be very helpful. Thanks!

In the intro to the vid you have a little soft plastic, crayfish like lure, what is it? looks perfect for targeting red fin or english perch here in Australia.

Aren't waders on a boat a bad idea? Once they take in water dont they just act like anchors pulling you down and drowning you?
