The element effects are awesome! I an idea that would be cool is if when you first enchant a weapon it starts off with a small amount of particles, and when you enchant it multiple times with the same effect it would increase the amount of particles on the weapon. OOH and when its enchanted all the way you could have it burn/freeze/paralyze by chance on hit.

I feel like the blade of the lightning sword should be black, like storm clouds, with the lightning emitting from it. I also think that it would be funny if the mushrooms that you can eat make you super heavy or light.
