This week we're adding more random map pieces, gold and also a merchant character! A lot of cool stuff in this weeks devlog. Also thanks for the amazing feedback on both my 6 Months of Learning Game Development in Unity (Progress & Result) and A day In the Life of a Game Developer & Student. The feedback has been amazing, and really motivates me to keep doing game development! I'll keep working hard to get the game ready as soon as possible. love you all Lego: I have an idea for the game which includes potions that you can find on the ground or maybe make potion by random items found on the floor Potions -a black potion which makes you large and do more damage/more health or make you smaller and weaker by a 50-50 chance -a blue potion which makes you faster -a green potion which is risky 50% that it s poison and 50% that it s a health doubler You get the idea And the black potion have particles when you drink it and make you grow / shrink with particles around But the time to fully grow/shrink should be 3 seconds or more Also I am writing this before watching the whole video.

Make it where if a sharp object is thrown at a enemy or player it should make them bleed for a second and in total (of the entire second) do 2 damage.make small daggers also that do low damage and enemies throwing them. You can do any part of this suggestion, any part of it.Also mushrooms should give you a random effect like becoming bigger or becoming smaller for a price, like some of your max health or weaker damage, just a suggestion in a suggestion.

You should add a chance to get a legendary type of weapon from chests. Also, maybe you could add a monster that acts like a chest. Theifs could steal your weapon. And my finally suggestion (I promise) is a sleep dart that will sleep enemies. Thx for reading this comment dude keep it up I know you work so hard to keep us entertained!

idea: Greedy goblins, enemies can pick up gold, and it adds half the amount of the gold you lost, to their total gold or whatever. (simplified: you die, they take half the coins you dropped, the coins they picked up, adds to their total gold drop [Gold drop: amount of gold dropped when killed])

I feel that this game needs floating islands that have a chance to contain treasure and a daunting enemy you have to kill. Of course you'd need to make the loot from these chests fairly good seeing as it could be pretty difficult to defeat the enemy.

Idea: Make a cafe and if you walk bye there is a zombie that screams out the cafe and tries to get your legs and if he gets you he eats you and you have to start over to not get eat bye the zombie you jump over the cafe (sorry for bad English

7:25 that looks painful. And concept art looks always bad. Why? Because concept artists have to work fast. Fast and pretty dont move along well. The ones you find on google (mostly) are for advertising or artists showing off their skill.

You should add spiders to the cave small and a one hit kill and a nest that spawns maybe 5 at a time so you need to get past them to destroy the nest to stop them spawning. they could poison you for a couple seconds

You should add when u eat the mushroom you aim is alittle worse for a kinda short amount of time and the mushroom reheals alitlle health or maybe you stumble on the grounf and struggle to walk for a short amount of time?
reply

You should add ears to the goblins like the long yoda like ears because they look like a bunch of jolly green midgets with bowls and pots on their heads (no offense) but keep up the good work
