I love all the references and jokes in all your videos, it's exactly my kind of humour! It's not in-your-face, and requires a bit of thinking to get it, I always love clever jokes. And I definitely love how measured you are with them, the entire video isn't one joke after the other, but it isn't monotonous and unfunny either. And as a bonus, I get news about the latest happenings in the hardware sphere/excellent product reviews/amazing factory tours and informative content! You really are the best in the business, Gamers Nexus. Keep it up!

Intel launching their new GPUs at the same time as Nvidia could be a big deal, as long as their cards aren't garbage and assuming Nvidia is going to continue to jack up the prices of their cards. I'm considering building a new computer early next year and right now everything looks like hot garbage, overpriced hot garbage. Depending on how well MH Wilds runs this weekend, I'm considering just upgrading my 1070 to a 1080 ti for $150 and waiting on next generation hardware.

I wait for battlemage. I have high hope for it. If I do not take that, I go for amd. I cannot see an nvidia again. Nvidia is more and more shitty and the price never goes down. Nvidia geforce experience is the worst thing ever create. My computer better since uninstalled. They are lucky that I surely cannot switch the GPU inside a portable. Or I have already switched it to amd.

Even Ugly Steve is embarrassed about reporting on leaks from anonymous anime pfp users. MLID, being a creature of the sewer, feels no self-awareness when trying to seriously report on mentally ill gossipers online.
So tallying that up, it's -1,000,000 points for Steve, and then 1 point for Steve. He is now at -999,999 points, or within run-to-run variance of -1,000,000.

If intel can launch the battlemage close to a 4080 spec card or even 4070 ti with 16gb vram, and good priced like the alchemist cards were.. Then I could see them doing pretty well. Personally I am waiting for the 5080 card 24gb version if it actually releases.. But I'd be willing to go down in specs to support intel and not have to give my money to greedy Nvidia.

It's not hoarding if it's digital. Which is wherever intels marketing team is lol so true. Good video.
Have 2080, 9700k build and probably looking at getting 5000 series. I think I'll be getting amd cpu this time around as 285k is a joke and just under twice price of 14700k in nz lol. Crazy dude generation for pc gamers from Intel

Annual handhelds releases No. As valve mentioned, you're only going to get a very small increase in performance but then have to fork over another $400 for something you just bought.
Anyone who wants an anuual handheld release for the Deck, Go, Ally, etc. Are not gamers but product chasers to have the best every year.

It will be interesting to see how the 16 CU Z2 Extreme compares to the 12 CU Z2E in handhelds, because an increase in GPU core count is less meaningful at low power levels like 15 watts. That's why the Radeon 680M is only 30% faster than the 660M, despite having twice the cores.

I’m so glad that Steve has power leveled his joke making stats!
He’s perhaps as famous a public figure can get while still making the kinds of jokes that stir the conflicted hatred that I’m sure resides in the hearts of my friends and coworkers!

Marketing drivel aside, I can see some value in AR glasses as a handheld gaming tool. It would be much more comfortable to play on the go than craning your neck down to look at a screen that’s attached to a controller traditionally held at waist level.

Sadly hw is not what it used to be, some companies are releasing even worse apples so that their bad apples suddenly look like golden apples. Nothing can bring back the time machine 25 years ago when there was actually an excitement about hardware and games.

I keep hearing new intel gpus and new designs and new software with weird ass names and all I could think is that if they tried as hard to develop a good gpu as much as they worked hard to create their names then we shouldn't expect much.

For Valve not wanting to release a yearly update for the Steam Deck, I can get behind that. Don't flood the market with a ton of incremental updates. I'm fine waiting for the next huge deck release, rather looking at a tiny little release

my only question for valve that they still haven't provided... where are the touchpads for the deck. they aren't on ifixit and have never been available. and mine are suffering from lack of touch feedback and mushy touchpad.

As dumb as it sounds, saying: do not eat raspberry pi's, steve is covering his behind because someone, somewhere, will hear him say you can have and eat the pi's... then try to eat, and sue him for his bad advice

I'm just happy for Intel that after their disastrous microcode debacle they've really hit the ball out of the park with their new Ultra series. What's that A total flop you say Oh. Well... what's AMD doing They did what

I think that Valve is mystifying - they will release Steam Deck2, but next year as a surprise with Z2Extreme, thus fullfilling their word without caniballization of sales from expectation of a new product.

Flipped X3D = D3X = decks, a cool new marketing term AMD could use to portray their new cache/die stacking process - ideally AMD will give me free money for this cool idea (in a just and fair world)

So I have actually been watching the techno pocket go launch for a while. Despite the cringy marketing it is a rather interesting concept. performance seems to be on par with most other handhelds.

Oh come on Steve, intel GPU have a cool name. Alchemist, Battle Mage, Celestial, all reminisce those good'ol crazy GPU boxes of the past, but if you ask them nicely, maybe D will be Defibllirator.
