Now we are in 2021 - And now still raising fees and not only are the rates increasing, they are charging extra now if you do not have unlimited Internet. They only give you 1229gb and after that it is$10 for every 50gb used maximum charge of $100 a month on top of the increase of your monthly charge. Also, to get unlimited Internet you have to purchase their router and they charge $14 a month for that, so that increases the bill, as well. Welcome to capitalism - the real monopoly game!!

Comcast is a plague on society they are now targeting the disabled and the poor with a lost leader of internet for the disabled and poor for $10 a month you know when you go down there it's going to be 10 times more expensive and they'll never stop trying to get you for even more over the months and if you don't play their game they will use the credit bureaus to ruin you

Every time im watching a free movie and it ends, I cant finish watching it. Also Xfinity changes the program of the movie. If its free, keep on the current program and change it next time it is free. And Xfinity needs to make it where you can fast forward through ALL commercials on ALL programs. Also, they change parts of some movies. Smfh. It PISSES me off.

Can you explain what a One Time Charge fee is Idk what it is and I searched it up and it says that its extra stuff like Tv that you buy which I never bought or added on with my wifi bill. I looked on Reddit and someone said it's called bill padding where Xfinity adds extra stuff you pay more for no reasoning. Can you explain this

Comcast was great for me until they started hemorrhaging customers a couple years ago. Then I suppose they just got desperate. Verizon has a plan called Visible. As of today you can get unlimited hotspot off thier $20 phone for as low as $25 or as high as $40 depending on how many are in your party.

Please review the Xfinity Stream app! People need to be aware of how it doesn't have a thumbnail image when you fast forward so you're basically fast forwarding blind! Maybe the app developers will then be motivated to fix that issue at least.

Xfinity acts like it really cares about it's customers but in reality they don't. I'm only with them cause of internet but I won't go past that. And that xfinity beta app they have is garbage, dont even waste ur time with it!!

This is outdated. It's now called Basic, Extra, and Preffered. Also no matter if you get the most expensive package there is still to many movie that you can't get.
