Sorry but philo tv works for me I dont all them extras yes I like locals and sports but not enuff to pay extra for them I can get local tv for free over the air what I like about philo is the unlimited DVR and it's only $20.00 a month so if your not busy wasting ur life in front of tv and want to save money philo works for me where it may not work for some but if ur looking into saving money philo in my book the way to go

Well, I signed up for sling blue tv 2 wks ago. worked pretty good for a couple days. Then - couldn't get it on my TV anymore. Checked it out and it appears that my Roku is no longer sanctioned by SlingTV. I can still get it on my laptop. Today at 5:59pm I attempted to tune into a fav 6pm TV show. Took me 15 min battling dif codes on t. So Far . . I really think Sling is a steaming pile of shit.

Sling could improve lots of things to make their service more competitive with YTTV and Hulu but they don't seem willing to do that. They instead focus on trying to lure in new customers with cut rate promotions, the same losing business practices as their parent company, Dish Network, that is arterially bleeding customers.

NO! HELL NO! Sling tv is HORRID. Their streaming app is slower than congealed snot, the app just stops working, the app can't search, the app crashes and even shows are not linked to their own series. This app is worth about NOTHING per month. Regardless whether Netfilx is WOKE, Sling TV is definitely a JOKE.

sling is very upsetting.rewinds right in the middle of a show.i would of kept philo.if they carried sports and fox news and cnn.update we kept sling but maybe looking again.sad.after you pay for high speed internet.and add any streaming tv.your right back at the price.of cable.

We have Roku with the remote having a Sling button. My husband accidentally hit the button and then hit the back button. Sling charged us the yearly fee 59.88 I think it was. Contacted bank to say charge was not authorized. Now card numbers need changed so won't happen again.

Why would I buy sling. I have free cable from GCI for life, I didn't have to go buy a stick or any of that crap GCI gave me a box gave me cable and I just plugged it in I have paid nothing and never will. Also your prices are more than what people pay for GCI

You know, just because you speak too fast for you to form words doesn't make you sound smart. I got about half the information, but enough to make an initial decision. Most from the comments. This speaker was a terrible choice for an infomercial. JMHO.

I tried 3 days free and missed cancelling by 1 minute today on Christmas Day and I realized they are as bad as Comcast as far as the billing pressure. Plus the user interface is really poor.

Sorry, but I fail to see the value here. eventually, you're going to be paying exorbitant pricing you were paying for cable that you cut the cord for because the pricing was so high.

NBC, Fox, ABC and CBS (not including CBS Access) and PBS are free. You can get an app that allows you to legally stream them for free. I recommend Locast.

Thank you for explaining all this. I have You Tube TV on my phone and tablet. But I couldn't get it to work on my TV. Now I'm beginning to understand why.

I tried S,ing for awhile. No good content on there. It gets confusing between the Orange & Blue, confusing and expensive.
Hulu is much better!

The only bad thing is I don't get ABC or CBS on Sling! I previously had PS Vue which had everything I wanted. I miss PSVUE!!

NFL Fans should only go with Sling. The Have NFL Network with the Redzone and ESPN. No other service offers these together.

Sling is worth every penny. I was paying $112 for cable. My Sling bill is now $54. I'm retired so I watch a lot of tv.
