first time visiting and using my firestick, use to be tech saavy, but that ship has sailed. want to get the most free sites or apps. would love to get rid of cable. they tried to get me to do this through them at a cost of course. any hints or things i.m not aware of which is alot, i'd appreciate the help. video was great, will have to watch a dozen more times until I understand whats up.

How about Kanopy Free movies, without commercials. You must have at least one library card to sign up. I have two different cards for two different systems. That gives me 18 views a month. Lots of great movies, some TV shows. You have 3 days to finish a viewing, once started. Lots of European and Asian movies. A few newer movies, mostly older films.

Hi there. Will someone, anyone help me if you can I have a tv, WiFi and a roku device (black box and remote) but NO Smart TV. My Spectrum bill just went up last month; I now pay almost $140. I'm thinking about cutting the cable off, keeping WiFi and getting Philo. What else do I need to be able watch TV Thanks in advance for any replies.

Thanks for explaining the free apps. I'm new to cord cutting and just got the Roku. I have been trying to figure out what apps are free. I did the online chat with roku tech and mostly they refer you to go to an online site. This is more helpful I will try a few of these and see how I like it. Thanks again for this review.

Like Pluto just wish they had a way to save a show like Tubi does The on demand part is not that good. does not have all the shows that I would like to save and watch for later Again They should make it like TUBI where a person can save a show and continue to watch it later
