it doesn't work with me. I follow youre steps i do set the quality to high (i got ULTRA HD on my acccount) and the quality stays 720p. And my monitor is full HD and my PC does support it too. When i watch the same shows on HD on other websites the quality is better than netflix. PLs someone help

Netflix auto set quality is a joke, even after i set it to the highest. All i got is 240p or if im lucky enough, 480p quality videos. I got the premium packet, with UHD and 4k supporting TV, I use a cabled internet with up to 30/mbps speed

For everyone new coming here who's trying to figure it out why their image is still shitty I've got the solution.
Use Microsoft Edge if you're on windows.
Use Safari if you're on MacBook.
Use the Netflix App for every other device.

I have Ultra HD package and the quality is still low on my MSI GF65 10UE-230PH and Black Shark 4. I have up to 200 mbps speed. Netflix is shit compared to HBO Go quality. Hbo go up scales to the resolution of the device.
