Jody: Hi, any idea how to accomplish this for every cell in every cell in the spreadsheet? I.E, if I type a -2-, I want to see it highlighted anywhere -2- it appears (by itself in a cell) in the whole spreadsheet. Adding another conditional formula works, somewhat, but it is hit-and-miss; i.e., in your spreadsheet, only one of the words -black- was highlighted.
