As someone understands machine learning algorithms, they aren't like basic code where you are programming a set of rules that must be re-coded when the environment changes. They are capable of adapting to a changing environment in a rather fast manner. There is a line that these companies try to balance (and push). When these companies over-step these boundaries, and they piss off large groups of people (who have higher threshold for censorship than others), they will eventually move to the competition who isn't as extreme.

-Who determines what is and what is not 'hate speech'-. That reminds me of the Gnome Foundations C.O.C. Do they have someone to asses how much privilege each employee has? So they know how much they can discriminate against you, I'm sorry, deprioritize you.

Hey DT, I'm also into the anti-side and I believe a nice way to get a bit out of the web and shit is to use RSS (among many other tools) it'd be amazing for me - and I believe for many of us - if you can show off a bit about RSS, in case you use it.

yeah btw. twitter banned tons of high profile Counter-Strike people before they adjusted their filters. because they would talk about kills, shooting and bomb planting etc. as its part of the video game -

Use traditional imageboards. Look past the fearmongering and use 4chan, lainchan, 8kun, nanochan (.onion) etc. (I'd stay away from 8chan as a personal rule, though)

Read 1984 & Animal Farm - both by George Orwell. They're like handy-dandy guidebooks to what is going on in the world today, but written over half a century ago.

I wish all those points were true and real right now. No more people hiding behind keyboards spewing all this negative stuff thinking they could get away with it.

This is literally like your parents watching over you not to say a -bad word-.
Except they're -not your dad-.
But you can't tell them they're not.

It's always puzzled me how anyone with an IQ over 50 would have anything to do with social media. They are toxic cesspools.
