I have forked your excellent work. Thanks.
Since my Arch setup is rather complicated, I will have to alter your work to fit my needs. And most importantly, I am looking forward to spring-boarding off your XMonad setup to make it more along the lines of something I need.
I have 3 4K monitors, and I need the tiling to behave in a manner I have not seen anywhere yet. I have managed to get close to what I'm looking for with keyboard shortcuts in KDE, but that approach is rather messy.
So we'll see where this goes. Keep up the good work!!!!

I'm transitioning from windows. currently running endeavor on vm to see if that's the one i want to install on native hardware. will your script run on that?
edit:
eg: on a fresh endeavour os install i get a syncing error that's not even anything in your package list. jack2 and pipewire-jack are apparently in conflict. do i just uninstall one of them?

14:19 I thought manjaro was bloated took ages to update/install so I switched to arco. Then I saw someone over the internet mentioning it. I have encrypted my drive and it took a lot of times to boot. I used archlabs before, encryption worked nicely on it. Arco takes me to the grub rescue mode if I type the password wrong.

So DT. On your script you check for root users with -if [ $(id -u) = 0 ]-. Wouldn't it be better to use -if [ $HOME = /root ]-, since that's what you're looking for?
The reason I say that is because you could still use -sudo -E- to execute the script, instead of calling it from inside every now and then.

I have over 20 installs of dtos across 3 bare metal intel machines all with multiboot configs - awesome so happy/grateful to be an arch fan and enjoying Derek's awesome work. I open an issue for a situation where I would experience erratic behaviour from xmonad on my dual monitor config.

thank you! i have installed so many distros over the last month and every time i need to add all my favorites. It will be awesome to see how you created your script so i can build something similar. Appreciative for the work you put in DT!

Hey, DT. 1st: Thx 4 your excellent work! I watched a video some time ago where you told about your practice to -rank- gitlab/github -weight- in sense of activity and similar factors, but I can't find it anymore. Any hint? Thx in advance!

Good work my dude, as someone who switched to linux a few moths ago your work is really helping me. Would be nice to get your opinion on Kodachi OS. Looks like a good daily driver for someone who wants privacy and security.

I love Manjaro W/KDE I recommend it to everyone who wants bleeding edge with stability. The Manjaro team is innovative whit a focus on the future. Once Wayland is fully functional with rock solid stability - game over

This is amazing work DT! I have a really old copy of your xmonad dotfiles installed on a laptop running linux mint and I had to do a fair amount more work to get things going. This really looks great!
