The Secure Login feature ensures that only the authentic Windows Login Screen appears, and any other program such as Spyware or virus can't intercept your login credentials as you enter. There are two methods in Windows to Enable or Disable the Secure Login feature. The first option is to use either the NETPLWIZ command or the CONTROL USERPASSWORDS2. The second option is using Group Policy Editor from where you can configure Security Settings to turn on-off the Secure Login Feature.
