I have used kaspersky total, internet and simple all 3 versions and mcafee total and its internet security antivirus in last 4 yrs.
I can anytime go with kaspersky total security. It provides great level of protection and with free vpn n pasword manager thats what i use. I have thoroughly tested pendrive fill with trozan, worms n maleware and it detected and cleaned in real time. Same tast done with mcafee and same is also detected 100% viruses.
Now Mcafee is also good but will be my second choice as it slows down performance a little bit. It consumes more ram then kaspersky thats why it is my 2nd choice.

What's wiered, YESTERDAY I was playing Resident Evil 2 Remake, temps were normal. TODAY my laptop's fan is loud, CPU temp is high (reaches 75C), what's wrong? could it be a malware or something? If so, PLEASE your advice for the best totally free antivirus/antimalware software, what's more upsetting is that MANY windows functions all of a sudden don't work!! Restart & Sleep don't work, Restore Point takes ages to open, Windows Security is TURNED OFF COMPLETELY, it became a blank page with nothing it it... Damn. I got a new gaming laptop for $1500 and didn't expect I'd face such stubborn problems this soon!

It would be nice to see a matrix of supported OS platforms, FW features (2-way, 1-way, +), hardened browser, security cloud, vulnerability assessment (system, wifi, LAN & WAN?), VPN (features/comparison - Norton vpn did not work for a while) and thorough assessment of virus attack filtration (protocol, port & percentage). There aspects too. What happen with Vipre ultimate? I know 2019 version didn't do well, but some reviews indicate 2020 much better than competitors. Their vpn is also more advanced than others. On the comment it appears Norton as #1, but in the video Bitdefender is #1. Which is it?

CLICK BAIT He is making money off referral fees. Norton is the worse as they were caught with the 'Magic Lantern' which allows government and other entities into your computer. Not a big secret. Bitdefender is the next worse where my Bitdefender suite was hacked and the Username/Password allows the hackers to dump virus and malware through the compromised Bitdefender. The rest are choose the best price and get an honest opinion where you don't see Click Links where the video author will put at number 1 and 2 as his biggest commission to earn more money than this monetized YT video.

I asked a person I know who has a business of internet service, cell phone service and computer servicing; about internet security systems, he said according to his experience with customers, if you decide to change your internet security that Avira(free), McAfee, and Norton were the most difficult to remove from your PC , as they say they are removed but hang around on the PC causing problems for many customers and as an expert with technicians that are high rated it's difficult requiring hard work to remove properly. Just a caution if you care.

You should have two separate lists for paid and free software. Free solutions dont really compared to paid ones however i think comodo internet security is the exception as its both paid and free and if you harden it with some tweaking of the settings its by far the best free option available and would defo make it into the top 5 for me of even paid internet security solutions.

Bitdefender Total is what I use. it has features not mentioned in this video, such as a file shredder, SafePay for safe shopping or banking online, a Built-in Wallet, VPN (limited to 200 MB, unless you buy the full version). If you want a good Antivirus, Check the out Bitdefender website. It will give you information on its various features.

had kaspersky for a month and it destroyed my pc's speed. It was such an annoying program to have. i couldn't believe how bad it was for an acclaimed near perfect program. i don't recommend it.

Purchased Norton for my new PC laptop and had several install issues. Super poor customer service after waiting over 45 minutes to speak with a tech. Save your money and buy another product.
