Read TotalAV terms and conditions carefully folks. They say their service costs $2.99 a month, but that's just for the first month. Then they nail you for $8.99 the following month. While signing up for TotalAV I read that after 30 days they adjust the price. After unsuccessfully trying to find out what that price is, I exited the sign up page WITHOUT tapping the install button.
TOO LATE! They charged me $3.99 and I didn't even install it. Had to play email tennis with a host of CLOWN-BOYS at TotalAV for a month, demanding that they refund my money. Then they hit me with the 2nd months adjusted fee. And then it took another month before I was able to convince them I I was serious about getting a full refund and was now no longer interested in their product. They finally refunded me, but not after I saw the full circus, with all the clowns, jugglers, tumblers and fools.
I had TotalAV for two months, paid for, and never installed it, nor had it activated on my phone. My whole TotalAV experience was two months of email vollly's, screaming for my money back. I wonder if their software actually does anything...
Or are they just another, We're taking your money and getting rich off of you company?...Just like so many others out there.

i have been using TotatAV Pro, and I find that my devise ha been hacked and I have many data breaches. I looked on my bank statement and found many unauthorized charges.I have to call them on Monday to try and sort this mess out. I don't know how they can charge me all these charges when I should only have one charge a month, for the Total AV Pro. Don't buy this protection. I'm moving to Bitdefender from now on.

WE got it and can't get it downloaded so we decided to cancel..at that time they said they would do it and asked us to turn over control of our computer(BING!!!)..the light went off so we tried to cancel..talk about hard..must have sent ten emails and they will NOT refund us. Don't get this.

Well I was finding a good antivirus or virus,malware,spyware removal tool and I saw TotalAV and the site seems suspicious and when I tried to download it showed me that program can damage my computer so no thanks I dont want another virus in my computer, thanks to this video.

I paid this company for a full subscription, had to do a reinstall 4 months later and no luck customer service just hangs up on me, no refund , no help can't log into my account after changing email. The Worst And I mean the Worst Customer Service I've ever come across.

From the Apple App Store: Bitdefender Mobile Security, Utilities, two and a quarter stars, 145 ratings. I'm going to have to look at more reviews and try more products before I settle on one for my iPhone. And, I am totally blind, so it has to be accessible.

this despicable site ended up on my bookmarks and i can't goddamned get rid of it and despise it with all my being I would commit suicide before I'd ever use it and will keep up giving it numbers out of my head to use as my cred card !!!!

Wait until you need support and then you will find the worst customer service you have ever experienced - no grasp of either the English language or any idea about how the software actually works. I de-installed the software.

Don't use TotalAV, it is a scam. When you get the free version and ask to cancel they will still charged your credit card. And their customer service is a joke. Save your money and time and get anything else.

Don't buy it! They re scammers. I bought program for 19 euro and after one day they took for me 50 euro without any reason. Contact with them... It s almost impossible because only bots'll write you back.
