Interesting spin. Because you do not have all the information. Simply put. You do NOT understand the situation and have misrepresented the conditions in Victoria. The data you have accepted on Victoria has been provided by someone who wishes to rally against the quarantine conditions (which have now been REPEALED) Shame no one will have THAT information to consider. (Until now) Everything else you said was ACCURATE. Australians do NOT have a BILL OF RIGHTS. Our federal constitution is simply a list of rules for maintaining a westminster system of government. All we got here is. We -inherit- the common law from the english Magna Carta.
Our RIGHT WING FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. (Same as the Republicans and Tories aka 1% business interests only) is in CONTROL of our EXTERNAL BORDER, QUARANTINE, and VACCINATION SUPPLY. Our STATE GOVERNMENTS are in control of STATE BORDERS and the HOSPITAL SYSTEMS of each state. So when the RIGHT WING FEDERAL GOVERNMENT failed to secure vaccinations. or provide federal quarantine facilities. The STATES had to initiate their OWN border restrictions. What you have FAILED to address is the POLITICAL SITUATION that exists between each state. and how depending of which side of politics are in control of which state. determines the level of support given by the federal government. aka PLAYING POLITICS WITH PEOPLES LIVES!

This is just the tip of the ice burg. Australia is very much a police state on many levels. Sadly many of my neighbours just act like sheep. Australia is the world testing ground for mass control. Largest island/continent with only a population that could fit into most US cites. Easy to implement centralized control now rapidly spreading across the world. Police are now dressed like COD soldiers and this is for general public interaction. Go figure.

Just cuz it-s associated/similar doesn-t mean everything is incorrect
Makes more sense to listen to multiple doctor explanations than to the gov
It can be good to be skeptical but thinking data is manipulated to the point that the jab doesn-t work and is harmful is highly highly highly unlikely

I'm a Brazilian living in Australia and I can tell that everyone is vigilated here. government make authoritarian decisions without consulting citizens. everything is overegulated and controlled, citizens are treated as prisioners and have no voice about the tyranic decisions
