The reviewer Melissa seems completely unaware of the many higher end Chromebooks that have been coming out since 2106 including one from Dell. So many reviews are just like this though: -every previous Chromebook is garbage but look at this completely different model right here. -. Instead, please compare it with other Chromebook models in the same price range.
Still, the comment about typing on some keyboards being like -typing on rocks- was funny.

I bought one from PC World. I was happy with most aspects of the Chromebook until its loud fan started to work. That was a big turnoff for me. Fortunately I was able to get a refund!

1080p IPS is not even slightly new to Chromebooks, there are some with 4K screens, and good value ones like the Chromebook Plus/Pro with 2400x1600 displays and such.
