Mr.
What's the point of CES? Seems like more and more of the products shown are all -concepts- that are never going to be made. All they are there for is -brand awareness-. Why not just toss a Kardashian some coin and have them tweet how great your brand is? Probably get more impression that way than through a dumb toilet paper robot from radio shack.

So I am guessing this GPU is for developer to optimize engines for Xe architecture with bigger GPU coming later. probably twoard end of 2020. We can probably see similar performance on next high end tiger lake chip.

The real question is, is Intel bringing any NEW technology to the video rendering space that isn't already out there. Otherwise, this is just another graphics card that will be marketed and sold to us.

- PCWORLD - Single cable USB-C 3. 1 Gen2 GPU possible for integrated GPU laptops?
If not, can a single TB3 cable power & data run an external Intel GPU?

Interviewer - Sooo, it's a metal box with a fan?
Intel - Well, we aren't ready to disclose anything. We're here just to be as vague as possible.

I'm thinking GPU coprocessor based out of the Altera acquisition to handle the physics for their CPU's onboard graphics.
